Job Summary
Clavano Printers is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Compensation & Benefits and Admin Assistant to support our HR and Administrative operations.
The role focuses on payroll processing, government compliance, employee records, and office administration in a fast-paced printing environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR – Compensation & Benefits
Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll preparation
Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions
Prepare and monitor final pay, leave balances, and employee benefits
Maintain and update 201 files and HR records
Assist in implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with DOLE and labor standards
Administrative Functions
Handle office supplies monitoring and purchasing requests
Assist in coordination of maintenance, utilities, and service providers
Prepare memos, reports, and internal communications
Support daily office operations and documentation requirements
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, IE, Business Administration, or related course
At least 1 year experience in HR/Admin is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor laws and statutory benefits
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word...)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in payroll processing and HR systems
Background in manufacturing or printing industry is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can handle confidential information with integrity
