An exciting opportunity awaits a driven and polished graduate eager to build a career in the Conference Industry. The role of Event Sales Executive is dynamic and fast-paced, ideal for someone with a strong passion for closing deals and achieving sales targets. As a Conference Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential conference delegates, and securing their participation in oil and gas forums, conferences, and seminars. You'll work in a collaborative sales environment, with a clear focus on meeting annual sales targets.
Tasks:
- Generate leads
- Communicate with leads
- Close delegate sales
- Telephone communication
- On-line communication
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Strong persuasive abilities over the phone
- Proficient in computer use, including internet and social media platforms
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- A demonstrated drive to succeed
- Energetic, passionate, self-motivated, and highly ambitious in sales
- Willingness and ability to grow within a fast-paced, ever-evolving business environment
