Assistant Branch Head

Description - Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Support the Branch Head in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize losses.
- Help train and mentor branch staff to enhance performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Engage with customers to resolve issues and improve service experiences.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in branch operations or sales management
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Work Ethic, Team Player, Analytical Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting in daily operations, supporting marketing initiatives
- Working Conditions: Standard office hours with occasional weekends or extended hours during peak seasons
- Qualities and Traits: Problem Solver, Strong interpersonal skills, Customer-focused approach
