Job description:
Asian Vision Cable Holdings Inc. is looking for an Treasury Assistant being responsible for assisting treasury officer in performing the day to day function of the department related to Treasury/SAP recording, 3rd Party collections, Auto debit arrangement, Online Banking, Record updating, Check releasing, Receipts, and Transmittal of Checks and Documents.
Job Details:
- Prepares acknowledgement receipts.
- Responsible for filling up documents for opening, updating and closing of bank accounts.
- Sort vouchers for distribution to bookkeepers.
- Prepare, sort and distribute official receipts.
- Sort and file documents for proper storage
- Transmits checks, correspondence and documents to branches, banks, and other business associates.
- Give the checks to suppliers/collectors on days of releasing and ensure the correctness of ORs received.
- Monitors the checks and documents for signature of signatories.
Qualification:
- College Graduate - any business course.
- Newly Graduates are welcome to apply
- This position will be hired under the Agency
- At least 1 year related or business experience is not required, but it's a plus.
- Attention to details, Computer literacy, Interpersonal Relations and Honesty.
