- Oversee daily operations and staff management at the branch.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and product displays to maximize sales.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote branch performance.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and teamwork ability.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in marketing, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong public speaking skills.
