Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns and complains
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Researching information using Company-approved resources
- Resolving customer service and product-related issues
- Providing accurate product and service information
- Escalating priority concerns to management
- Completing call documentation, reports and CRM updates
- Performing other duties necessary to the position
Salary:
PHP 695per day + Weekly Commission
