Description - Engage with customers via phone, providing exemplary service and assistance.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer inquiries and track interactions.
- Handle scheduling of appointments and follow-ups with clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to achieve closure on sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Salesforce
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving abilities
