JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree Holder At least 1 to 2 years working experience HR & Admin role. Experience working in a Manufacturing Company is an advantage. Amendable to attend face to face interview. Amendable to work onsiteJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managed the hiring process, from posting job openings to welcoming new employees during orientation. Maintained employee records, managed leave requests, and handled benefits through the HR system. Assisted employees with concerns, handled complaints, and helped resolve workplace issues. Ensured HR policies followed labor laws, safety rules, and employment regulations. Managed office supplies, equipment, and relationships with outside service providers. Supervised administrative staff to keep daily office operations running smoothly.
