Regional HR Coordinator (West Visayas - Iloilo)

The Regional HR Coordinator Candiate is responsible for delivering all needed deliverables and developmental update in all projects handled within the assigned region of varying size and complexity. Accountable for directing, organizing and controlling project activities particularly in Human Resources and Project Administration under the Project Head/Director. Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions in the region assigned to, which include recruitment, compensation & benefits including payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. Leads coordination with various entities like social media, third party source, local government units (LGUs), schools, barangays, among others that can assist in manpower staffing. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates and take charge of staff recruitment and selection processes in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. Employs recruiters and develop incentive schemes for down-the-line agents based on successful hiring and retention skills;
• Provides support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff;
• Provides advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations;
• Identifies training and development opportunities and organizes staff training sessions, workshops and activities;
• Monitors staff performance and attendance activities;
• Assists and offers basic counseling to staff who have performance-related obstacles and gives advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions;
• Gives information and assistance to staff on human resource and work-related issues;
• Offers advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems and takes charge in implementation and monitoring of compensation and benefits of staff;
• Assists in the employee and labor relations activities;
• Assists in the implementation and coordination of project administration functions in various sites;
• Ensures clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner;
• Reviews field inspection reports from field personnel throughout the lifecycle of the project; and
• Performs other related duties as required.

B. WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of actual work experience as HRD and/or Project Admin Supervisor.

C. TRAINING REQUIRED:

• Office Administration
• Employment Engagement, Payroll, Training & Development, and Labor Relations
• Computer Operations

D. OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

• Preferably a local resident of any part of the region and can speak the dialect and good in oral and written communications
• Good interpersonal relationship and with numerous networks within the areas of responsibility

• Demonstrate sound work ethics
