Construction Project Management - ILOILO

ROLE SNAPSHOT:

• Full-time, Day Shift
• Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor, Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Construction Administration, or Operations Coordination.
• Experience coordinating multiple construction projects at the same time.
• Proficient in MS Suite and familiar with Groundplan, Ascora, or similar job management software.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Construction Project Management is responsible for keeping projects moving by managing day-to-day coordination, project administration, scheduling, documentation, logistics, and communication. This role provides operational continuity by ensuring office functions continue seamlessly whenever the Operations Manager is attending site or the Project Director is unavailable

What you'll be working on

• Coordinate multiple demolition projects from planning and mobilisation through to handover.
• Assist with project programming, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Manage project scope and communicate changes in timelines or requirements.
• Act as a key contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage project emails, correspondence, and coordination meetings.
• Escalate project issues to the Project Director when required.
• Prepare quotations for minor works up to AUD $1,000.
• Maintain complete and accurate job documentation, data entry, and document control.
• Keep project information updated in company systems.
• Conduct Job Management System checks to support project compliance.
• Coordinate material purchase requests with the Operations Manager.
• Organise warehouse deliveries, project logistics, recycling, and waste requirements.
• Support site operations and assist with day-to-day project issues.
• Conduct toolbox and project coordination meetings when required.
• Support recruitment and resource planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments to help keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare project reports and operational updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, procedures, and systems.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, construction administration, or operations coordination.
• At least 2 years of experience in contracts administration.
• Experience coordinating multiple construction projects at the same time.
• Able to organise priorities, manage deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to identify issues, make practical decisions, and escalate when needed.
• Proficient in MS Suite and familiar with Groundplan, Ascora, or similar job management software.
