Sr. Recruitment Coordinator-Iloilo-Onsite-Dayshift-up to 60k

We are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator in Iloilo City.

This is an onsite setup following a Dayshift schedule.

Salary is up to 60k based on level.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working across time zones with a globally distributed team
• Familiarity with BPO, sales, or B2B services industry hiring is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Post and manage job openings across job boards, career sites, and internal systems
• Source and screen candidates through resume review, LinkedIn, and job board searches
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications and fit
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-employment documentation
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-hire requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
• Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media recruitment campaigns
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline status) for HR leadership
• Assist with new hire onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee
