- Answer customer inquiries via email, or chat
- Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions
- Process orders, payments, and refunds
- Assist with product and service support
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Communicate clearly and follow company guidelines
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Coordinate with other teams for issue resolution
- Meet performance and quality metrics
- Gather and relay customer feedback
