- Assist in daily operations and management tasks to gain comprehensive knowledge of the organization.
- Participate in training programs to develop managerial skills and understand corporate policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to support project initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to support client satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management Business Administration ,Food Technology or related field.
- Experience Level: 3 years of experience in a relevant role or internship experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
- Able to implement company standard and procedure strictly.
