Accounting Assistant

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records in the general ledger.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Utilize Quickbooks to ensure efficient financial tracking and reporting.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Accounting Technology, or any Accounting related courses.
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping procedures and government reports and can do leg work.
- With great attention to details.
- Must have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be assigned in our Makati Head Office, but we are also accepting applicants from Quezon City for our branches as Center Bookkeeper.
