Accounting Assistant

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented
- Reconcile bank statements and perform other account reconciliation tasks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and analysis as needed
- Comply with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedure
- Preferably with minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A diploma or degree in Accountancy
