Description Talent Acquisition for sales is focused on sourcing and hiring quality applicants to support the Real-estate sales team of the company.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with sales management to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards, to find suitable candidates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a sales environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to quality hires.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
