Engineering and Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of gasoline stations and franchise restaurant facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, utilities, and operational systems.
- Ensure all facilities are maintained in optimal operating condition.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical, Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in engineering, facilities management, construction, maintenance, or operations.
- At least three (3) years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of gasoline station facilities, restaurant operations, building systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with government regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel and conduct regular site inspections.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple gasoline stations and franchise restaurant locations.
- Knowledge of franchisor facility standards and requirements.
- Proven experience in construction project management and facilities maintenance.
- Strong background in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
