Job Summary:
RD Balderas Builders Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to assist in project estimating, planning, coordination, and implementation. The position is suited for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who is willing to learn, be trained, and grow with the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates and project costings
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
- Research project requirements and prepare supporting estimates
- Review relevant government regulations, codes, and ordinances
- Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to project concerns
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors professionally
- Support project management activities, including budget monitoring, resource coordination, deadline tracking, and quotation consolidation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- PRC license is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Autodesk, Microsoft Office, and similar software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willing to learn, be trained, and grow with the team
- Able to coordinate with different professionals and handle multiple projects
