Legal Counsel

- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents for trials, court proceedings, and internal use.
- Represent the company in litigation involving civil, criminal, and administrative cases.
- Provide legal advice, protection, and risk management support to senior management.
- Assess and review business contracts, partnerships, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze legal aspects of new products, services, and operational strategies.
- Develop and update company policies on legal and regulatory matters.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; must be a licensed lawyer.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to litigation (civil, criminal, and administrative).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
