Med Info Spec I (Registered Nurse Required) (Hybrid & Night Shift)

Medical Information Specialist position at Thermo Fisher Scientific supporting pharmaceutical product inquiries and adverse event reporting. Registered nurses with bachelor's degrees will respond to healthcare provider and patient questions, process complaints, and maintain regulatory compliance in a hybrid night-shift role.
Responsibilities
- Answer medical and technical inquiries about pharmaceutical products via phone, email, internet or mail
- Collect, record and triage adverse event reports and product complaints per regulatory guidelines
- Document interactions and inquiries in appropriate databases following organizational and client protocols
- Research medical literature and draft responses for complex inquiries in collaboration with internal and external contacts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Current registered or licensed nurse credential
- 0 to 2 years experience in relevant healthcare or medical information field
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computer systems and software applications
- Ability to interpret complex medical and technical information
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor under pressure
