AESTHETIC NURSE

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Aesthetic Nurse to join our aesthetic clinic team. The Aesthetic Nurse will assist in providing safe, high-quality aesthetic and skincare services, conduct client assessments, educate patients about treatments and aftercare, and ensure a comfortable and professional patient experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in aesthetic medicine and skincare.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations, health assessments, and treatment history reviews.
• Assist the physician/aesthetic doctor during consultations, procedures, and treatments.
• Perform aesthetic treatments within the nurse’s legal scope of practice, training, and clinic protocols.
• Prepare patients, treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
• Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment care and instructions.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures and promptly report any adverse reactions or concerns.
• Educate clients about available treatments, expected results, possible risks, contraindications, and proper aftercare.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and treatment documentation.
• Follow strict infection-control, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Properly handle, store, and maintain medical and aesthetic equipment and supplies.
• Assist with skincare recommendations and treatment plans as directed by the attending physician or clinic protocols.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout the patient journey.
• Follow clinic policies, ethical standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aesthetic procedures, skincare products, equipment, and industry developments.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and ensure adequate supplies for daily procedures.
• Support the clinic team in maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, wellness, or medical clinic is an advantage.
• Training or certification in aesthetic procedures is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic dermatology, skincare, infection control, and patient safety.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent patient-care skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate documentation.
• Willingness to learn new aesthetic procedures, products, and technologies.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
