The Assistant Administrator - Restaurant Operations is responsible in assisting the Restaurant Administrator in the general operations of all Luk Yuen branches, such as planning, directing, controlling and coordinating the overall activities of Luk Yuen restaurants; implementing an effective marketing system for income maximization; ensuring the maintenance of the overall restaurant standards for the realization of restaurant objectives.
