Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries through chat and email
• Provide accurate information about healthcare services, benefits, and accounts
• Help customers with eligibility, coverage, and account-related concerns
• Explain healthcare processes and available services clearly through written communication
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and with empathy
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Follow account procedures and healthcare privacy guidelines
• Manage multiple inquiries while maintaining response quality and accuracy
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed

Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate
• Entry-level applicants and fresh graduates are welcome
• No call center or healthcare experience required
• BPO or customer service experience is an advantage
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Willing to learn healthcare processes and terminology
• Comfortable handling customer inquiries through chat and email
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required
