As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, addressing general inquiries, and providing accurate product information. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and basic computer proficiency.
