Requirements

- Experience Level: 3-5 years in customer service or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and empathy in dealing with customers.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
