Description - Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their travel experience.
- Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and excursions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate with clients regarding travel itineraries and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in customer service or travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using booking software and travel management tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
