Description - Assist customers with financial inquiries and travel arrangements.
- Provide superior customer service through multiple communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Educate customers about financial products and travel options available to them.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial or travel sectors.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capability to work with minimal supervision and engage with a diverse client base.
