Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
