About the role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate solar installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key responsibilities
Conduct site inspections and assessments
Monitor and supervise solar installation activities
Coordinate with engineering, installation, and project teams
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
Prepare site reports and monitor project progress
Troubleshoot site issues and assist with testing and commissioning
About you
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in site engineering, construction, electrical works, or solar installation is an advantage
Knowledge of technical drawings and basic electrical systems
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel to project sites
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a four-wheel vehicle are an advantage
