Senior Site Engineer (Testing & Commissioning)
The Senior Site Engineer (Testing & Commissioning) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems on commercial and industrial building projects. The role requires hands-on experience in commissioning LV, ELV, and HV installations, ensuring systems are tested, energized, and handed over in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for electrical systems.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Review commissioning procedures, method statements, test results, and handover documentation.
Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and system energization.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support project completion and handover activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Testing & Commissioning.
Proven experience in commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Strong background in LV, ELV, and HV electrical installations and commissioning.
Experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, system integration, and project handover.
Important: Applicants must have actual Testing & Commissioning experience. Candidates with limited or no T&C exposure may not be considered.
