Project Engineer

Qualifications:

Graduate of Civil Engineering must be a board passer .

willing to work and assigned in Santa Maria Bulacan

Project Planning, Layout & Department

Coordination

Prepare initial construction layouts, site development plans, and

project schedules based on department needs and site conditions.

Gather proposed infrastructure or facility requirements from

various departments and develop technical recommendations or proposals.

Coordinate and align department requests with project and design.

Contractor Engagement & Background

Validation

Source, evaluate, and validate potential contractors, including

conducting background investigations.

Review and assess submitted project proposals, cost estimates, and

scope of work.

Recommend qualified contractors based on capability, compliance,

and track record.

Site Supervision & Quality Assurance

Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, material usage,

and compliance with specifications.

Ensure timely execution and high-quality workmanship based on

approved plans and timelines.

Validate project milestones and billings in coordination with

contractors and internal teams.

Permits & Compliance

Process and secure required construction permits (e.g., Building

Permit, Electrical, Fire Safety).

Maintain tracking records of all submitted and approved permits.

Coordinate with LGUs, or other relevant agencies regarding

construction compliance.

Safety & Facilities Coordination

Act as the designated Safety Officer during construction implementation,

ensuring compliance with DOLE standards and occupational safety procedures.

Coordinate with Sir Vic and the Facilities Team on tracing, site

layout, utilities access, and other site concerns.

Participate in safety inspections, incident reporting, and

compliance audits.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit weekly reports on construction progress,

including site photos, delays, and accomplishments.

Document any issues, recommendations, and resolutions made during

project execution.

Coordinate project turnover documentation, as-built plans, and

completion certifications.

Turnover & Post-Construction Support

Ensure all punch list items are completed prior to turnover.

Facilitate the handover of project sites to end-users, including

walkthroughs and briefings.

Assist in post-construction evaluations and lessons learned

documentation.
