Position: Senior Credit Recovery & ROPA Officer Industry: Financial Services (Auto Loans) Salary: Php30,000 – Php40,000 Location: Mandaluyong City Work Setup: Onsite Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in ROPA, collections, asset recovery, or credit recovery
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is required
- Willing to attend a face-to-face interview
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
- Handle the pre-booking process for ROPA accounts, including reviewing documents before system encoding.
- Prepare pricing proposals and sales approval memoranda.
- Process billings for ROPA suppliers, partners, and service providers.
- Receive, review, and evaluate repossession documents from the Collections Team.
- Monitor, maintain, and manage the inventory of repossessed vehicles (ROPA assets).
- Coordinate and build strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and sales partners for consignment and asset disposal activities.
