About the role
As an Aesthetic Facialist at One Nadela Medical Group, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional beauty treatments and spa services to our clients. This full-time role is based in our state-of-the-art clinic in Manila Branches where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals.What you'll be doing
Performing a range of aesthetic facial treatments, such as microdermabrasion and laser treatments
Conducting thorough skin analyses and consultations to develop customized treatment plans for each client
Educating clients on proper skincare routines and recommending products to support their individual needs
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment rooms
Ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-maintained and readily available
Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the clinic
What we're looking for
Relevant qualification: A diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy or a related field
Experience: At least 1 -2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Facialist or in a similar role
Skills: Excellent knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology, proficiency in performing a wide range of facial treatments, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills
