- Perform advanced facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns
- Operate a range of aesthetic machines and equipment safely and effectively
- Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend suitable products and services
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Keep updated with the latest skincare technologies, treatments, and industry best practices
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- At least six months of facialist experience
- English conversational abilities
- Possesses knowledge of advanced treatments, such as diamond peel, hifu, RF, etc.
- Proficient in handling aesthetic machines
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in a luxury setting
- Certified in relevant facial/aesthetic courses is a plus
- Willing to be assigned at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque
