About the role

The Visiting Physician provides specialized professional medical and aesthetic services for FitWhite Aesthetics Medical Group on an independent contractor basis. This role is responsible for conducting patient consultations, recommending and implementing tailored treatment plans, performing authorized aesthetic and medical procedures, and maintaining complete, accurate patient records. The Physician retains full independent professional judgment and clinical discretion while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards, clinic policies, and ethical guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and pre-operative/post-operative evaluations

• Recommend and implement appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans while explaining procedures, risks, and expected outcomes to patients

• Perform authorized aesthetic and medical procedures within the scope of the Physician's license and clinical competency

• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential patient records and documentation

• Manage schedule independently in alignment with independent contractor guidelines, while coordinating preferred clinic hours with the Company for operational flow

• Render professional medical services across designated clinic branches as assigned by the Company

• Exercise full professional autonomy to decline, refuse, or discontinue any procedure, treatment, or intervention that may compromise patient safety or ethical standards

• Strictly comply with Philippine Regulations Commission (PRC) regulations, Department of Health (DOH), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards

• Adhere to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and product handling regulations

• Protect the strict confidentiality of patient records, treatment protocols, proprietary pricing, and company operations

About you

• Must be a licensed physician in the Republic of the Philippines in good standing with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)

• Background or specialized training in aesthetic medicine, clinical practice, or related medical fields is an advantage

• Strong clinical judgment, patient management skills, professional ethics, and adherence to safety protocols

• Willing to render services onsite in designated branches

• Disclose any conflicts of interest, including ownership, investment, consultancy, or financial interest in competing aesthetic centers or medical facilities
