About the role
A Quality Assurance (QA) Staff member monitors, tests, and verifies products, materials, or processes to ensure they meet established safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
What You'll Do
Conduct routine quality inspection for work in progress and finished goods using QA lab test equipment and appropriate test methods.
Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration.
Generate customer-facing documents regarding inspection results.
Maintain accurate documentation related to inspection and quality assurance.
Monitor and support Quality Assurance activities such as Non-Conformance management and CAPA.
Escalate critical deviations or failures immediately.
Additional tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary by the company.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
College graduate in a relevant field.
With experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or a related role.
Computer literate, with basic skills in data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
Good visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses, sufficient to perform product inspections.
Able to distinguish colors accurately, if required for product inspection.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and a pleasant personality.
Experience in quality inspection, testing, and maintaining quality records is an advantage.
