Production Designer

Smartly is looking for a Production Designer to support high-visibility presentation and brand production work across the company. In this role, you will create polished, accurate, and on-brand presentations for executive, board, sales, internal, and conference audiences, while also helping the Brand and Content teams deliver production-ready assets across channels.

This is a role for someone who brings strong craft, discretion, speed, and attention to detail. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including executive leaders, and will need to handle confidential materials with care while keeping work clear, organized, and reliable.

What You Will Do

• Design and refine executive presentations for internal meetings, board materials, sales conversations, and external conferences.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to turn complex information into clear, polished, visually consistent slide materials.
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive presentation work with discretion, accuracy, and strong judgment.
• Create, resize, version, and update brand and content assets across formats, including digital ads, social assets, and presentation materials.
• Apply Smartly’s brand guidelines consistently across decks, ads, templates, and supporting assets.
• Manage multiple design requests with changing priorities while maintaining quality and clear communication.
• Collaborate with US-based managers and stakeholders, as well as Manila-based colleagues working with teams across the US and EMEA.
• Support production workflows that help senior designers focus on higher-complexity creative and design work.

What We Are Looking For

Overview: 

• Strong experience in production design, presentation design, or visual design, with a portfolio showing clean layout, strong typography, and careful attention to detail.
• High proficiency in presentation tools such as Google Slides and PowerPoint, along with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, sales decks, conference materials, or other high-visibility business communications.
• Strong judgment when working with confidential materials and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work quickly through changing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
• Clear communication skills, including comfort asking focused questions, managing feedback, and keeping stakeholders updated.
• Strong production skills across resizing, versioning, formatting, image edits, and layout refinements.
• Availability to work hours that align more closely with US-based teams.
