Description - Dispense medications and ensure the accurate preparation of pharmaceutical products.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding appropriate use.
- Monitor patient health and progress to support optimal pharmacotherapy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Conditions: Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a pharmacy environment
