? We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Club Feast is looking for a highly organized, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across sales, operations, and corporate functions.

This is a fully remote role supporting U.S.-based hiring and working during designated U.S. business hours .

We’re looking for someone who can independently manage multiple candidate pipelines, source strong talent, move with urgency, and maintain a high standard of organization and follow-through.

• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple departments

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels

• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening

• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit before moving them forward

• Coordinate candidates through each stage of the hiring process

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records

• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline activity

• Meet established recruiting KPIs and hiring timelines

• Proactively follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Support improvements to recruitment workflows and processes

• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates independently

• Experience managing multiple vacancies or candidate pipelines simultaneously

• Strong ability to identify qualified candidates based on role requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management

• Ability to work with urgency and meet hiring deadlines

• High level of accountability and ownership

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies or remote teams is preferred

Because this is a 100% remote position , candidates must already have a professional and reliable remote work setup.

You must have:

• A stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting meetings, recruitment platforms, and daily online work without frequent interruptions

• A reliable laptop or desktop computer capable of handling multiple applications, browser tabs, spreadsheets, recruitment systems, and video conferencing simultaneously

• A functioning webcam, microphone, and headset

• A quiet and professional workspace

• Consistent availability during assigned U.S. business hours

Please note that remote work does not mean flexible or self-selected working hours. Team members are expected to follow their assigned schedules, remain responsive throughout the workday, and obtain management approval for schedule changes.
