PR & Events Officer

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected PR & Events Officer who can manage PR initiatives, events, KOL/influencer partnerships, media relations, affiliate partnerships, and multimedia content.
The ideal candidate is a strong networker with established KOL, influencer, media, and affiliate connections, has excellent communication and presentation skills, and is proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. The role will also be responsible for managing and growing the company’s Affiliate Program across Ecommerce platforms, with a strong focus on affiliate sales performance, sales contribution, and commission rate management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
PR, KOL & Media Relations
Develop and execute PR, media, KOL, influencer, and event strategies for the company’s brands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, media personalities, editors, journalists, PR partners, and industry contacts.
Secure media features, PR opportunities, influencer collaborations, product placements, and partnerships.
Manage KOL/media invitations, PR kits, product seeding, gifting, and follow-ups.
Maintain an updated KOL, influencer, and media database.
Events & Brands Activations
Plan and execute brand launches, workshops, masterclasses, influencer events, media events, and mall activations.
Coordinate venues, suppliers, guest lists, invitations, program flow, event materials, and documentation.
Assist with photography, videography, video editing, and event documentation.
Affiliate Management - Ecommerce Platforms
Manage, develop, and grow the Affiliate Program across all Ecommerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other applicable channels.
Recruit, onboard, coordinate, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, creators, and content partners.
Manage, monitor, and recommend affiliate commission rates, ensuring competitive rates while maintaining the company’s profitability and cost-to-sales targets.
Monitor affiliate performance, campaigns, product seeding, promotional activities, and sales contribution.
Coordinate closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams regarding affiliate campaigns, product priorities, promotions, and campaign calendars.
Identify and develop opportunities to increase affiliate-generated sales and GMV across Ecommerce platforms.
Monitor the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and recommend adjustments to commission rates, product offers, promotions, and affiliate strategies based on performance.
Prepare regular affiliate performance reports, including sales/GMV, commission rates, cost-to-sales, active affiliates, and campaign results.
Identify opportunities to improve affiliate productivity, conversion, and contribution to overall Ecommerce sales.
Multimedia & Content
Create multimedia and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Produce/edit social media graphics, short-form videos, reels, presentations, invitations, event materials, and other digital content.
Support content creation for PR, KOL, influencer, affiliate, Ecommerce, and promotional campaigns.
Livestreaming & Campaign Support
Host and support livestreaming specifically during Double-Digit (DD) and Payday (PD) campaigns, as needed.
Present products confidently on camera and engage audiences during campaign livestreams.
Support affiliate and Ecommerce campaigns through livestreams, promotional activities, and creator collaborations.
Cross - Functional Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and Retail teams to align PR, KOL, affiliate, event, and promotional activities.
Prepare PR, KOL, event, affiliate, and campaign performance reports.
Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations to improve brand visibility, engagement, sales, and overall campaign performance.

The position will be measured based on the effectiveness of PR, Events, KOL/Influencer, Affiliate, and Ecommerce-related activities, including:

Number of active and sales-generating affiliates

PR, KOL & Events KPIs
Number and quality of media features and PR placements
KOL/influencer campaign performance and engagement
Number and quality of successful KOL/influencer partnerships
Event execution and attendance
Campaign reach, engagement, and content performance
Contribution of PR, KOL, influencer, event, and affiliate activities to overall brand and sales objectives
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related field .
Preferably 2–3 years of experience in PR, events, influencer marketing, media, beauty, lifestyle, retail, or FMCG.
Strong KOL, influencer, and media connections are highly preferred.
Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of CapCut, Lightroom, OBS, or other multimedia/livestreaming tools is an advantage.
Strong graphic design, basic video editing, and content creation skills.
Confident in hosting, presenting, and appearing on camera .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Creative, organized, resourceful, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Willing to support events and DD/PD livestream campaigns that may occasionally fall outside regular working hours.
