At East West Banking Corporation, our Branch Banking Sales Development Program is designed to shape future front-line sales leaders. This program offers hands-on training, real-world exposure, and expert mentorship to develop high-potential individuals for Relationship Officer and Business Sales Manager roles across our Metro Manila, Davao, and Cebu branch network.
You'll gain a strong foundation in branch operations, client relationship management, and sales strategy - working alongside experienced leaders who will equip you with the skills to accelerate your career in banking sales.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for high-potential individuals who are:
- Graduates of Business, Finance, Marketing, Banking, or related courses
- Academically strong with proven leadership experience
- Passionate about building a long-term career in Sales
- Results-driven, proactive, and strategic
- Excellent in communication and relationship-building
- Digitally savvy and confident in client-facing roles
- Open to a 100% onsite setup focused on Sales and Marketing at identified branch locations
