- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support current employees with HR policies and procedures, and address employee concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain employee records.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
