The company serves clients across various Asian and European countries and is now looking for a Mandarin Technical Specialist to join their growing organization. Position: Mandarin Tech Authority Industry: Information Technology (IT) Industry Location: Makati City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Salary: Php 90, 000 Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
- Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- Having at least a year of technical support and customer service is a big advantage.
- Having experience in Web-hosting accounts is a big advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Assist Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot certificate-related issues across various operating systems, devices, web servers, and software applications.
- Provide first-level technical support to customers regarding security service products such as SSL certificates, PKI, and digital identity solutions.
- Monitor and respond to support tickets within the required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Guide customers through installation, configuration, and renewal of SSL certificates and security products.
