We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Tech Application Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for our web-based applications, primarily for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and user satisfaction.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate professionally and clearly with US clients.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, specifically handling complex technical concerns and advanced troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and managing web applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
