Live Streaming Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily TikTok Shop livestream operations and livestream room preparation.
- Check livestream equipment, products, prices, vouchers, gifts and promotional activities before each session.
- Monitor livestream performance and key metrics such as Views, CTR, CVR, GPM, GMV and Orders.
- Provide real-time support and feedback to hosts, including product switching, talking points and livestream pace.
- Monitor product links and livestream compliance.
- Assist with host scheduling, attendance, trial broadcasts and performance tracking.
- Double daily livestream data and prepare basic reports.
- Assist with short-video content and other livestream promotional materials if need.
- Monitor the livestream, support the host, manage products and promotions, track data, and improve livestream performance.
- Experience in TikTok Shop, livestreaming or e-commerce operations is preferred.
- Basic understanding of livestream data and performance metrics.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and campaign periods.
