Live Production Assistant

Job Purpose
Support the execution of daily live commerce operations by managing AI and host-led livestreams,ensuring production readiness, maintaining product demo inventory, and delivering seamless livestream experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate livestream equipment, software, and studio before each broadcast.
- Manage and monitor AI livestream operations, schedules, and performance.
- Assist hosts by preparing products, props, and promotional materials during livestreams.
- Prepare, organize, track, and replenish product demo inventory.
- Verify product information, pricing, vouchers, and promotional mechanics before going live.
- Monitor livestream quality and troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and platform teams to ensure livestream readiness.
- Complete production checklists, inventory logs, and post-live reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the livestream studio.
