Location: Pampanga
Responsibilities
• Prepares and controls QC documents
• Reviews and monitors the implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Consolidates product inspection standard and processes
• Reviews non-conformities of the product being processed
• Feedbacks and monitors corrective action for processed product non-conformalities
• Feedbacks and monitors those items, which failed in Re-FA
• Review product inspection procedure for continuous improvement
• Monitors process defects and feedbacks to the process owner for corrective and preventive actions
• Handles incoming inspection or raw materials (copper)
• Handles non-conforming materials and feedbacks to supplier
• Conduct internal/external quality and environmental systems audit
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Graduate of any engineering course or equivalent
• With Knowledge on Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Training / Skills Needed
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 Awareness Training
• ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 Awareness Training.
• Root Cause Analysis and Failure Analysis training.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) training.
• Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) training.
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) training.
• Measurement System Analysis (MSA) training.
• Risk Management training.
• Knowledge of environmental legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
• RoHS / REACH Environmental Compliance training.
