Position: Bilingual (Mandarin-English) Procurement Coordinator Company Industry: Biggest Logistics Company Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (8:30 am-5:30 pm) | Monday-Friday Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience coordinating with local and international suppliers.
- With experience working in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Evaluate purchase requests and oversee inventory levels to maintain a consistent supply of materials, supplies, and equipment when needed.
- Create, manage, and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and relevant internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with China-based suppliers, customs representatives, and logistics providers regarding shipment timelines, delivery status, and procurement-related matters.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing, favorable agreements, and dependable service to support company requirements.
- Monitor order progress and address procurement-related issues such as stock shortages, delayed shipments, order modifications, and warranty matters while collaborating with regional procurement teams.
