Digital Marketing Specialist

Key responsibilities
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimize Meta/Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Build audiences, lead forms and testing plans; coordinate creatives and landing-page improvements.
• Track and improve qualified lead rate, cost per qualified lead, appointment/store-visit rate, Lead-to-Opportunity conversion rate and ad account health.
• Monitor budget pacing, pixels/events, attribution and campaign quality; troubleshoot issues.
• Work with sales and marketing to assess lead quality and report weekly results, findings and next actions.
About you
• Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager for lead generation.
• Evidence of campaign setup, optimization, testing, reporting and measurable outcomes.
• Strong numerical judgment and ability to explain why campaign performance changed.
• Able to work full-time and onsite in Mexico, Pampanga.
