Sales Specialist (Onsite)

The Key Accounts for Business to Business Specialist is responsible for creating and executing
strategic, nationwide partnership programs that drive B2B sales volume. This role is essential for
helping the company move toward its long-term goal of becoming a world-class conglomerate of
excellent, distinctive food products.
Core Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Key Accounts or Account
Manager in an FMCG company, specifically handling food.
Partnership
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage nationwide partnerships and
deals with different companies.
Target Market
Experience engaging B2B clients whose employees or customers fall within.

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Partnership Program Drafting
Utilize AI support to draft and refine innovative partnership programs that strategically align with the Taters brand.
2. Client Acquisition
Proactively identify and pitch to corporate clients and national brands for large-scale, ongoing B2B engagements.
3. Deal Negotiation
Lead all negotiations for national partnership agreements, ensuring terms meet
company sustainability and profitability goals.
4. Competitive Analysis
Monitor key competitors like URC, Nestle, Rebisco, and alike.
